When: April 6th-May 4th, 2025
Are you tired of saying you want to write yet continue to put writing-related goals on the back burner? You keep telling yourself: someday I'll get to it. Or worse, you take class after class, but rarely take action?
That's where we come in:
Coterie of Writers' 28-Day Writing Challenge is a safe container for women and nonbinary writers to move your creative, personal and professional writing goals forward.
We help you to take action on what you said you'd do.
Whether you're a female or female-identifying, or non-binary, writer working on one of your many creative projects (fiction, nonfiction, poetry), a solopreneur or an author needing to market your biz or your book (via social media, your newsletter) or you're wanting to start or restart a journaling practice, or all of the above—use these 28 days to take action on these goals, make progress, and feel more confident and resilient again!
Here's what you'll get:
- We begin Sunday, April 6 (1-4pm PT) with a kickoff goal-setting Zoom call to select 1 to 3 writing related goals you want to make progress on. (Replay available for those who miss it).
- An accountability tracker to track your goals
- A private space via Slack for daily accountability and check-ins and us cheering you on!
- Twice a week Co-Writing/Body-Doubling time to focus on ONE writing goal
- Final Celebration Zoom call on May 4, 2025 (1-4pm PT) to reflect on your progress, read aloud something you wrote during your time with us, should you choose to share.
- A chance to share what you wrote, posted or published in our Coterie of Writers' newsletter!
Testimonials from past clients:
"I really enjoyed and appreciated participating in this writing challenge, as it helped me approach my writing with more discipline and awareness, without undermining the importance of self-care and being sustainable. Working independently but with caring support and feedback amidst a group gave different levels of public and private space for exploration and enrichment."
- Lilith Persephone Magill
"Thank you both for your appreciation. As I've said, it's helped me to free up and expand my writing, and it was fun. I liked getting to know the other writers and really appreciated the shared writing time. I think you're a great team. I'm looking forward to the next time around."
- Sahaba
